Mexican Wedding Cake

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour2 cups granulated sugar2 eggs2 tsp baking soda1 cup chopped walnuts1 15-16 oz can crushed pineapple in juice, no sugar added
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Spray 9 X 11 baking pan with Pam.

Makes 15 servings

Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake about 40 minutes until done

May frost with with cream cheese frosting. Okay to frost when still warm.
