Italian Turkey Meatloaf no cheese

Ingredients
Can add 1/2 cup romano or parmesan cheeseInstead of tomatoe puree you can use 1/2 c spaghetti cause and 1/2 c dained canned tomatoes
Directions
Sautee onion, peppers and garlic, add dried italian seasoning and let cool 10 minutes.

Add cooled mixture with meat, eggs, breadcrumbs and tomaote puree

Bake in one large loaf for 90 minutes or two small loaves for 45 minutes. I didn't have a loaf pan so I backed in cupcake tin 45 minutes.
