Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 295 grams Onions, raw, 39 grams Wine Vinegar,1/2 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Trader Joe's Fire Roasted Red Peppers, .1/4 cup
Directions
Blanch green beans in salted water until tender but still crisp. Put into ice water to cool. Chop onion and peppers. Mix all together and refrigerate.
