Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 6 cup, pieces or slices*Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 8 tbsp*green onion fresh chopped - 1/4 cup (25g), 1 serving *Garlic (1 clove), 3 serving*Lemon Juice, 5 mL*Flour, white, .2 cup Vegetable Broth, 4 cup *Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Silk, Unsweetened Soymilk, 1 cup, 1 servingThyme, fresh, 1 tsp
Directions
chop mushrooms.
cook garlic butter, lemon, thyme 1 min. add mushrooms, salt, pepper. cook 4-5 min. add flour. cook 1 min. add stock bring to boil and simmer 2 minutes. add milk and vinegar. reheat gently. serve.
