whole wheat no roll tortilla

Ingredients
mix 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and a dash of salt, and 1 T. instant milk. Add 1 tablespoon applesauce and appx 1/3 cup of water. Stir together and add 1 tablespoon quick oats. Stir and let stand a few minutes before cooking. Pour in a non-stick fry pan( you can spray pan with pam or olive oil) spread batter out to form a thin coating all over pan. Brown on one side and flip and brown on the other side. This can be used like a torilla.

pour thin batter in a hot non stick skillet spread out cook on one side and flip and brown on the other side
