German Breaded Pork Chops

4 pork chops1 egg, beaten1 T. grated onion1 T. minced parsley1 1/2 t. salt1/4 t. black pepper1/2 c. plain bread crumbs3 T. margarine (or butter)
Trim the fat from the chops. Mix the egg with the onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Dip the chops in the mixture, then in the bread crumbs, coating them well.
Melt the margarine in a skillet; saute the chops over low heat until browned on both sides and cooked through.
