Black Bean Slow Cooker Chili (1 cup)

Ingredients
2 - 15 oz. cans of reduced sodium black beans, drained and rinsed2 - 14.5 oz. cans of diced tomatoes, no salt added1 T. cocoa powder1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. chili powder1 small can mild green chilis3 scallions, chopped1 red onion, diced1/3 c. cilantro, roughly chopped1/4 c. water2 cups sliced or cubed yellow squash
Directions
Spray slower cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir to mix. Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
