Chicken Thighs With Mushroom Gravy

- 3 bone-in, skinless chicken thighs- 1 can of Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth- 4 oz. of fresh mushrooms (sliced)- 1/4 tsp. of McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning- 1/4 tsp. of kosher salt- 3 tbsp. of flour- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter
Place chicken thighs, soup, broth, mushrooms, seasoning and salt into crock pot. Cook on high for 3 hours. After cooking time is done, take chicken thighs out and set aside. Then heat butter and 1 tbsp. of the flour in a saucepan at medium heat, making a light roux. Add liquid from crock pot, including cooked mushrooms, into the saucepan. Increase heat to medium high and gradually add remaining flour, whisking continuously until liquid thickens to a gravy consistency.
