Quinoa Egg Cups with Kale, Cheese & Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
Quinoa, 1 cupJimmy Dean Hearty Turkey Sausage Crumbles, 1 cupColby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, .5 cup Egg, 4 largeLiquid egg whites, 1.5 cupKale, 1 cup, choppedCavender's Greek Seasoning, to taste
Directions
Cook Quinoa according to package directions, let cool.
Mix all ingredients together with a whisk.
Grease muffin pan with PAM and fill each cup 2/3 full.
Bake for 30 Min at 350 degrees.
Serve warm.
