Eggs fresh, 5 large Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal, 3 TBSCream Of Tartar, 0.25 tsp Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1/3 CupStevia in the Raw, 1/2 tspSea salt 1/4 tsp
Preheat oven to 300 F degree
carefully separate eggs into different bowls
mix yolks with flax, ricotta, salt, and stevia
With clean beaters whip egg whites with cream of tartar until very STIFF.
Carefully fold the stiff egg whites into the yolk
mixture
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Put about 1/3 cup in mounds and then flatten with the back of a spoon.
Cook for 30 minutes in 300 degree oven
