Light mini bran muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups wheat bran1 cup almond milk (I use almond breeze unsweetened vanilla) 2 tablespoons + 2 tsp sun sweet lighter bake butter and oil replacer ( you can find this in the baking section of your grocery store)1/4 cup liquid egg replacer ( or) 1 egg 1/4 cup molasses 1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup brown rice flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees

Spray muffin tin with either olive oil or grape seed oil cooking spray

Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown

Serving Size: Makes 32 mini muffins
