Peanut Butter Protein Bars (Mike Matthews)

3 cups old fashioned oats1/2 cup peanut butter1 cup skim milk4 scoops chocolate whey protein powder1 tables spoon stevia
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a bowl (except stevia) and mix. Place mixture in a shallow baking dish, and sprinkle stevia on top
