fry baconreserve grease in pan and sear brussel sprouts and any veggies for 3-4 minutes depending on desired tenderness.may use mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers...pour in bowl. add scallops and bacon to frying pan, may need a little more oil. be sure pan is hot to cook scallop thoroughly. add soy sauce. larger scallops take a couple more minutes. add veggies back to pan and use chicken stock to get flavor from bottom of pan.i use veggie grill, garlic salt and pepper.if desired, shake scallops in cornstarch with a little salt and pepper before frying
