1 cup almond milk (Unsweetened Almond Breeze Almond Milk)1 banana1 cup frozen blueberries1/4 oats (Quaker Old Fashioned Oats)1 tbsp flax (Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed)1/2 tbsp ground cinnamonice cubes1 tbsp chia seeds (Red Mill)
Add the almond milk, banana, blueberries, oats, flax seed, ground cinnamon and ice cubes to the blender and blend.
Top with chia seeds and enjoy!
