Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 pound frozen chicken breast (Shred near end of cooking time)6 Roma Tomatoes Diced1 Can (29 oz.)Tomato Sauce 1 Medium Onion Chopped2 TBL Minced Garlic1 Can (4 oz.) Chopped Green Chile Peppers32 oz. Low Sodium Chicken Broth16oz. Package Frozen Corn2 Cups Prepared (1 Cup Dry) Black Beans1 TBL Cilantro1 TBL Cumin1 TBL Paprika1 TBL Chile Powder
Place Chicken, tomatoes, Tomato Sauce, Onions, Green Chiles and Garlic into Slow Cooker. Pour in Chicken Broth and add Cilantro, Cumin. Paprika and Chile Powder stir. Stir in Corn and Black Beans. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remember to shred the chicken breast. You may garnish with tortilla chips, sour cream, shredded cheese or avocadoes. The nutrition is not included for the garnishes.
