Citrus Shrimp stirfry

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped Onions1 cup Snap peas1 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup green peppers1/2 cup red peppers15 large shrimp2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 tbsp cornstarch2 tsp brown sugar1 tsp ginger1 cup orange juice1/4 cup soya sauce
Directions
1. In a skillet, stir-fry broccoli and peppers in oil until tender.

2. Add shrimp; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

3. Combine the cornstarch, brown sugar, ginger, orange juice and soy sauce until smooth; add to skillet.

4. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.

5. Serve over rice.

6. Serves 3-4
