10 oz Raw Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin1 Can Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 98% Fat Free 2 Cups Birds Eye, Classic Mixed Veg. ( corn, carrots, beans, peas)1 Cup Uncooked Brown Rice, medium grain1 Cup Water1/4 C Milk, nonfatCook and dice up the chicken, Add all ingredients plus any desired seasoning

Cook @ 400 for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked
