Jasons' Chili

Ingredients
Jalapeno Peppers, 36.85 grams (1.3oz) dicedSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, dicedChopped Yellow Onion, 26.3 oz (about 1 large)Ground beef, lean, 1.83 lbs Beef cubes (for stew), 1.7lbs Beans, red kidney, 2 (15 oz) cansCanned Tomatoes, 1 (28oz) canChili Beans, 3 (15.5 oz) cansVegetable Oil, 3 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Tomato Paste, 12 ozCarrol Shelby's Chili Kit, 2 boxes
Directions
cook all the veggies in the oils, set aside. IN pan, brown ground beef and beef chunks. drain fat.
add 2 cans drained kidney beans, 1 can drained chili beans, 2 cans chili beans (with liquid), tomato paste diced tomatoes, salt, and chili kit seasonings.. Set pot to medium-low, stir all ingredients together, and let simmer. Let simmer, with lid, stirring to keep the chili from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
