Maple, Cranberry, Apple Slow Cooker Oatmeal

Ingredients
8 cups water 2 cups uncooked steel cut oats 1/2 cups dried cranberries, chopped 4 green apples, peeled and chopped 1/2 cups lite maple syrup 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp table salt
Directions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients, in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Cook on low power for 4 to 6 hours, depending on desired creaminess. . Yields about 1 cup oatmeal per serving.
