Chocolate Pecan Sugar-Free Candy

80 grams Lindt 85% dark chocolate1 TB chopped dry roasted pecans2 packets Nectresse5 drops liquid sucralose1/4 cup coconut oil2 TB heavy cream1/8 tsp sea salt
Prepare candy mold with chopped pecans and sea salt.
Temper chocolate in microwave; when fully melted, melt coconut oil and pour into chocolate. Stir until fully combined, then add sweeteners and stir again. Finally, add heavy cream and stir until fully combined (no striations of cream visible).
Pour chocolate over pecans in mold, filling each hole to the brim. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Candy will be firm and can be removed from mold.
Store in refrigerator, in a ziploc bag.
