High Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal, ground1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/4 teaspoon salt3 tablespoons sweetner your choice1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/4 teaspoon nutmeg1 scoop whey protein powder (your choice of flavor)4 eggs1 cup low fat cottage cheese1/3 cup greek yogurt1 teaspoon vanillaoptional ground flax seed any amount desired
Directions
Grind up the dry ingredients in a grinder of some kind so you have a powder/flour though you could probably leave the oatmeal whole

in blender add the wet ingredients, blend until smooth

use your favorite pancake pan/griddle
