Slow cooker curry-seasoned cod

Ingredients
3/4 pound cod filets1 acorn squash1/2 medium onion2 garlic cloves, finely chopped2 carrots sliced6 mushrooms sliced3/4 tsp salt1 tbsp butter1/4 tsp cinnamon1 tsp curry seasoningblack pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in 3 quart slow cooker with butter on top. Pour enough water into cooker to reach 1 inch up the sides. Turn cooker on high and cook for at least 3 hours. Stir to break up cod before serving.
