Gluten Free Strawberry Cheesecake

Ingredients
6 Tbls Crisco Butter Flavor, melted1.5 cups Graham Style Crumbs.25 cup granulated sugar2 8oz pkg cream cheese2 large eggs.75 cup granulated sugar1 can strawberry pie filling
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt Crisco then add it to a bowl with the graham crumbs and mix well, then add sugar and mix again. Press into pie plate forming crust and set aside.
Mix 2 pkgs cream cheese with electric mixer until soft. Add eggs and mix well. Add sugar and mix well. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes. Cool. Top with strawberry topping and refrigerate 8 to 10 hours until set.
