Black bean chocolate cake

Ingredients
Directions
Beans, black, 425 grams (remove) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 5 large (remove) Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tbsp (remove) Salt, 0.5 tsp (remove) Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove) Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 6 tbsp (remove) Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove) Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
Drain beans and rinse
Puree in blender along with other wet ingrdients
Whisk dry ingredients
Add to blender and blend smooth,
Grease a deep 9 inch round cake pan and dust with baking cocoa.
Pour in batter ( will be thin ), you will think it wont get firm but it does!!!
Bake in a preheated 350F oven until cake is set in center and tested done with toothpick, 50 mins or so
Cool 10 mins on rack
Remove and cool completely
Wrap in foil overnight for best flavor
I drizzed a chocolate ganache over the cooled cake
