Ingredients
Dried Red LentilsNo Salt Added Chicken BrothWaterRed Bell PepperHemp OilCeleryMushroomsOnionGarlicCurry PowderPepper (Watkins Garlic & Onion)Hemp Hearts Compressed Flakes
Directions
Cook lentils in broth for 15 minutes.
Stir fry vegetables in oil until tender.
Add veggies to lentils
Add curry, pepper, flakes.
Cook on low 45 minutes.
Blend with hand blender until smooth.
