Fried rice

Ingredients
4 rashers of bacon1 large onion, 1 large egg2tbsp sesame oil2 cups of rice1/2 roast chicken, no skin1cup of bean sprouts 2 tbsp soy sauce1 cup of peas
Directions
Boil rice, wash off excess starch, once cooked. set aside.
Beat egg and cook as omelette in non stick pan no oil. slice omellette into 1cm square pieces.
Chop onion fine.
Chop bacon into small pieces.
Chop chicken into small pieces, no skin.
put oil in wok and heat on high.
when hot add bacon, then onion.
once bacon and onion are nearly cooked add soy sauce, then rice and stir through.
add chicken and sprouts and peas, stir through for a few minutes and serve when peas are cooked , a few mins
