TJ's Protein Shake of Awesomeness

Ingredients
You can tweak this to fit your needs, but to get the same nutritional value as shown, here's all ya need:1 c. Ice1 scoop of whey protein (chocolate was used this time)1 c. frozen broccoli2 c. fresh spinach1 1/2 c. water1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 - 1 tsp ground ginger
Directions
Mix in blender/smoothie machine, etc until smooth, and enjoy.

Serving Size: Makes about 32-40 ounces depending on if you need to add more water. I use this as 1 serving right after a workout.
