Besan (Chickpea Flour) Crepes

1.5 cups besan (chickpea flour)1 small onion chopped.5 cup fresh cilantro4 tsp fresh grated ginger3 fresh green chilis chopped fine1 tblsp coriader1 tsp sea salt.25 tsp baking sodadash cayennedash turmericdash ground cumin1.5 - 2 cups watersesame oil for frying
Combine flour, onion, parsley, ginger, chilis, coriander, salt, baking soda, cayenne, turmeric and cumin. Add enough of the water until you have a semi-thick batter and whisk. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. In a small non-stick frying pan or crepe pan heat a few sprays of sesame oil over medium heat. Ladle about 1/4 cup into pan and swirl with the back of a spoon to shape into a circle. Fry until ends begin to brown. Flip and cook for another minute or two. Remove and keep warm in a 150 degree oven. Repeat with remaining batter.
