3/4 Med Spanish Onion diced5 small to medium carrots3 medium white potatoes2 links smoked turkey sausage2 cans garbonzo beans with juice2 cloves garlic minced1 pinch saffron1 box frozen peas1 bay leaf2 tsps chicken boullion1 tsp garlic salt
put everything in pot bring to boil simmer for 1 hour
