Ingredients
1 medium avocado4 oz. spinach2 tbsp. flax seed meal1 cp. unsweetened almond milk1/4 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp. almond extract4 tsp. powdered sucralose or 4 drops of liquid sucralose3 1/2 cups of waterice
Directions
In a blender, add water and almond milk then add enough ice to bring the level up to 4 cups. Coarsely chop spinach and add to the blender. Peel and pit the avocado and add to the blender along with all of the remaining ingredients. Cover and blend on high until smooth.
