Home made Beef Stew Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1 whole white onion2 lbs of Beef (Stew cut)6 stalks of celery1 lb of Baby carrot 1.5 lbs of Red Potatoes 2 tblsp Parsley (fresh or dried)3 cups of water1/4 cup FlourSalt & Pepper for taste (don't add until ready to serve)8 oz package of chopped mushrooms - optional
Directions
Chop onion,celery and potatoes in to big bite size pieces. Throw all ingredients in a Crock pot on high heat for 7 hours (or low heat for 8.5 hours) - No need to stir until before servings.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 2 cup bowl portions
