28 Wonton wrappers Canola or veggie Oil to brush onto wrappers3 cups FAGE Total 2% 1 6 oz container Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt2 cups Sour Cream1/3 Unsweetened Cocoa powderapprox 1 c Powdered SugarBlueberries - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)Raspberries - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)1 Granny smith apple - thinly sliced (using a mandoline)Peach slices - Fresh or frozen (thawed slowly)
Brush the wonton wrappers with oil on both sides, drape and fold over upside-down muffin pans (press the creases in or they will separate). Bake for 7-10 min at 375. Watch Carefully after 7 min!!! they burn fast! Let sit to cool.
Mix together the yogurt, sour cream, sugar and cocoa powder. When cups are cool, place a large dollop in each.
Pile on the fruit. Nutritional info is based on 3 blueberries, 4 raspberries, 1 peach slice and 1 apple slice each, but add or take away as you like.
