3/4 cup rolled oats1/4 cup raisins your choice1 cup soymilk or rice or your choicedash salt optional1 cup wheat berries Not currently listed in Sparkspeople(bring double the amount of water with wheat berry grains (2:1 ratio of water to grains) to a boil in a small sauce pan, add the grains and salt (optional), cover, and simmer over low heat until the grains are soft. Wheat berries generally cook in about 30-60 minutes. You can make a big batch ahead of time, and then either refrigerate or freeze them in batches for quick meals later.)Sweetner...I used a little sugarless syrup but ??1 tsp ground cinnamon or more if you like.15 slivered toasted almonds or sliced or whole your choice
combine ingredients and microwave a couple of minutes until hot. add the sweetner and cinnamon after cooking if you like, then the almonds at the end.
