Ingredients
1 pound of 80/20 ground chuck1 medium egg4 tbsp Half and Half1 Ritz Whole Wheat Fresh Stack1 tbsp Worchestire2 tbsp Ketchup3 tbsp dried Chives2 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Crush the crackers and then add everything to the bowl, mix well but do not over mix or the loaf will be tough. Place in loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
