Ingredients
4 kale leaves1 cucumber4 celery stalks1/2" ginger root1 medium bananaAs far as the amounts of each ingredient in grams, I entered what I believe to be the upper end of how much to put in so that you don't go over your calorie totals for the day.
Directions
Toss everything in a high-power blender like a Vitamix or a Ninja, blend on low, push around, then blend on high until liquefied. Enjoy! Adding about 8 ounces of water may be necessary to thin out.
