Baked Banana Oatmeal

DRY TEAM4 cups old fashion oatmeal2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 teaspoon ground cinnamon1/2 tsp. PURE NuNaturals NuSteviaWET TEAM3 small bananas2 eggs2 cup. whole milk2 tsp. vanilla2 TBS. molassesTOPPING (can substitute dark brown sugar)1/2 cup white sugar2 TBS. molasses
1) Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9 X 13 dish.
2) In a medium bowl, mix the DRY TEAM ingredients.
3) In a small bowl, mash bananas, then beat in eggs. Add the rest of the WET TEAM ingredients.
4) Stir WET TEAM into DRY TEAM. Pour into greased dish.
5) Mix topping in WET TEAM bowl (saves dirty dishes). Sprinkle topping on top of oatmeal.
6) Bake at 375 F for about 25 minutes.
Serving Size: makes a 9X13 casserole, 12 servings
