Adzuki bean stew with miso

Ingredients
*Bean, Adzuki, 1 cup (remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 0.25 cup (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*Swede, 30 gram(s) (remove)Sweet potato, 1 sweetpotato, 5" long (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)*Barley Pearl, 0.25 cup (remove)vegetable stock cubedried mixed herbs Miso, 30 grams (remove)
Directions
The adzuki beans should be soaked overnight in cold water. Prepare all the veg, bung them in the pressure cooker, add the pearl barley, crumble in a stock cube and 2 tsp dried mixed herbs, cover with water. Bring up to pressure and steam for 12 minutes till the barley is tender. Meanwhile, cook the adzuki beans. Melt the miso in a little hot water and add both to the stew. Season with salt and pepper and serve with fresh greens
