12 cups fresh cabbage1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp molasses2 tbsp sesame oilAbout 1/4 cup minced banana or other pepperAbout 1 cup chicken stock1 tbsp grated ginger1 oz toasted sesame seeds
Chop about 12 cups fresh cabbage.
Grate ginger, mince banana pepper.
Over medium heat, simmer all ingredients except seeds, till soft.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
