Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 pork loins cut 3/4" thick1 beaten egg1/4 t pepper2 T unsalted butter2 T low fat milk1 C herb seasoned stuffing mix finely crushed
Directions
Trim fat from meat, pour butter into a 13*9*2" baking pad, tilting pan to coat the bottom. In a shallow dish combine egg, milk and pepper. Place stuffing mix in another shallow bowl. Dip chops into egg mixture, coat both sides with stuffing mix. Place in prepared pan. Bake uncovered in a 425 degree oven for 10 minutes, turn chops over then bake for another 10-15 minutes or until done and juices run clear.
