Chunky Salsa

Ingredients
2 Medium tomatoes1/4 Raw Red Onion1 can yellow corn (Look for organic)1/2-1 can black beans4 Tablespoons Apple Cider VinegarJuice and Zest of 1 Lime1/2 Tablespoon Dried Parsley (If fresh use more to taste)
Directions
Dice tomatoes and onion and place in medium size bowl.
Wash and rinse corn and black beans and add to bowl
Add parsley, apple cider vinegar and lime.
Mix together well.
Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
