tapioca with whip cream

Ingredients
3 tablespoons tapioca1/3 cup sugar 1 well beaten egg3 cups milk1 tsp vanilla1 serving whip cream on top
Directions
according to package of tapioca
mix all ingredients (beat egg before adding) except vanilla and whip cream.. and let sit in sauce pan for 5 minutes. bring to boil, take off heat, add vanilla. cool for 20 minutes. add whip cream when serving.
