Apple Energy Bars

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups of dried apples1 1/3 cup dates pitted1 Cup Raisins4 tsp cinnamon( I like strong cinnamon flavor)1 Cup pecans
mix all ingredients except pecans in a food processor til forms a ball
add pecans and mix until the pecans are desired chopped size
pat out on parchment paper into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick
cut into 14 bars and wrap in seran wrap and put in ziplock in fridge
Serving Size: makes 14 bars
