Easy Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can organic sweet potato puree 1 c. Kitchen Basics Unsalted Vegetable Stock1 pinch of ground ginger1 pinch of allspice1 pinch of cayenne1 tsp. maple extract OR 1 tbsp. 100% pure maple syrup (nutritional info based on using syrup)2 tbsp fat free half and halfSalt, to taste
Directions
Add all contents except 1/2 and 1/2 and salt to 2 quart sauce pot on medium heat. Whisk well, stirring constantly until soup is heated well, about 5 minutes. Lower heat and stir in 1/2 and 1/2. Heat for 1 more minute on low. Remove from heat, taste and add salt to your liking. (you can add more or less stock depending on how you like the thickness of your soup.)
