1-1/4 c. unsweetened applesause3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar1/2 c. Splenda1 large egg1 tsp. vanilla3/4 c. all-purpose flour3/4 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg3 c. Quaker Oatmeal1 c. Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins
Heat oven to 375. Beat together applesauce, Splenda & brown sugar. Beat in egg & vanilla. Combine flours, baking soda, salt & spices; add to mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats & Craisins. Drop by 2 Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes. Cool one minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
