Spinach and Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
2 large eggs1/3 c. frozen chopped spinach1.5 pat butter1/2 c. cooked brown rice
Directions
Lightly beat the 2 eggs in a separate bowl.
Melt half of the butter in a frying pan. Add frozen spinach, saute until unfrozen.
Melt the remaining butter in the pan. Add eggs, and scramble with the spinach.

I eat this with a half-cup of brown rice on the side. I sprinkle a little salt on the entire dish.
