Ingredients:MIX DRY INGREDIENTS:*White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookie Mix (GS) 3tbsp mix makes 2 cookies, 9 serving (HALF THE BAG)*Oats, Old Fashioned, Kroger , dry, 1 cup *Kroger Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips, 6 tbsp *Bobs Red Mill Whole Ground Flax Seed, 2 tbsp*Chopped Pecans, .5 cup1 TSP OF PUMPKIN PIE SPICEMIX WET INGREDIENTS TOGETHER*1 egg, whole, 1 serving *Blue Bonnet margarine, 4 tbsp (ROOM TEMPERATURE)1TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
Mix Dry ingredients in a bowl.
Mix Wet ingredients (beat egg).
Mix both Dry and Wet and drop onto greased cookie sheet using a 1 tablespoon melon baller
Bake 9-10 minutes at 375 degrees F. Cool on wire rack.
