Cheesy Ham and Potato Soup

Ingredients
3 1/2 cups diced potatoes1/3 cup diced celery1/3 cup diced onion 3/4 cup diced ham4 cups chicken broth1 pinch of salt1/2 tsp pepper5 Tbsp butter5 Tbsp flour2 cups milk2 cups cheese
Directions
In a pot sauté celery, onion, and ham until onions become translucent. Add to potatoes and broth and bring to a boil and cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender with a fork.

In a separate saucepan mix the butter with the flour and cook until golden brown. Add milk and cheese and stir until melted. Add cheese sauce to the potato mixture. Stir and serve.
