Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter1 cup unbleached un-enriched flour2 scoops whey protein 1 cup Splenda2 egg whites1/4tsp vanilla extract1/4tsp baking soda1/4tsp cream of tartar1 tsp cinnamon3 TB Splenda
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients and refrigerate till cool. Roll into balls and roll in splenda/cinnamon mixture Bake @ 350 degrees for 17mins for large cookies.
