2 cups of Spicy V8 tomato juice2 Tbsp Horseradish4 cloves of garlicjuice of 1 lemon1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce10-15 shakes Tabasco sauceBlack pepper to taste1 lb skirt or flank steak
Combine all ingredients and marinate 2-12 hours.
Turn grill on until its hot
Discard extra marinade, use a paper towel to pat extra off meat
Cook on HOT grill 3-4 minutes on both sides for medium rare
Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting
