I made this for my son who loves spinach and he enjoyed this very much. I did too. He wants to eat it for a quick breakfast. Thanks - 5/3/07

too much spinach, not enough egg. I used reduced-fat feta instead. Wish I would have drained the frozen spinach better - left the dish VERY watery. - 10/24/11

I made this items many times, however I substitute the 12 eggs with egg beaters instead and I add mushrooms and onions to mines and a little hot sauce. I absolutely love it. YUMMMMMMM - 9/2/08

This recipe is very simple and quite tasty. I cut the 12 eggs out and used egg beaters to lower the cholesterol and fat. I freeze the servings and take them to work for breakfast. Bye bye high carb breakfast. Thanks for the great versatile recipe! - 8/27/07

Very good. My husband who hates anything "healthy" even enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing this recipe. LadyofErin - 7/21/07
